By accessing or using beauty.tkconnects.com (branded "KolMY.beauty", the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by TK Connect (tkconnects.com); "KolMY.beauty" is a brand name for this subdomain, not a separate legal entity.
2. What the Site provides
The Site publishes a searchable database of publicly available information about TikTok beauty creators active in Malaysia, along with original articles, guides and data reports. It is intended for brands, agencies, marketers and researchers evaluating the Malaysian creator market. The Site does not provide, sell, or broker private contact details of any creator.
3. No guarantee of accuracy
Creator statistics (followers, GMV, items sold, percentiles, category mix) are estimates derived from publicly available data and refreshed periodically as disclosed on each page or report. They are provided for informational and research purposes only and should not be treated as verified financial figures, investment advice, or a guarantee of future performance. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current and accurate but do not warrant completeness or accuracy. See our Data Sources & Correction Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically reproduce the Site's database or aggregated statistics without our prior written consent
- Use the Site to harass, defame, or make unauthorized commercial use of any individual creator's public identity
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to non-public parts of the Site
- Misrepresent data from the Site as your own proprietary research without attribution when republishing report figures
5. Free reports and tools
Downloadable reports (e.g. the Q3 Benchmark Report) are provided free of charge for personal, editorial, or internal business use. Media and agencies may cite figures from our reports with attribution to KolMY.beauty and a link back to the source page.
6. Campaign matching enquiries
Where the Site offers to connect brands with a managed campaign-matching service, submitting an enquiry does not create any binding obligation on either party. Commercial terms for any matching or managed service are agreed separately in writing.
7. Creator data, claims and removal
If you are a featured creator, you may claim, correct, or request removal of your profile at any time via our Claim / Removal Request page. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle such requests.
8. Intellectual property
Original articles, guides, data visualizations, and report layouts on the Site are owned by KolMY.beauty. Underlying public factual data about creators is not exclusively owned by us and remains subject to its original public availability.
9. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KolMY.beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on data, statistics, or content published on the Site, including decisions made in reliance on creator statistics or benchmark reports.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
